Evaluations with Dr. Recupero begin with an in-depth conversation to learn about your health challenges and the symptoms they are causing.  A careful review of all body systems provides insight into where your problem systems may be, and often discloses valuable information to the doctor.   Our exam utilizes muscle testing evaluation based upon Nutrition Response Testing and Autonomic Response Testing.  This objective assessment answers key questions to unlocking the cause of imbalance in the body by using reflex points that correlate with all the organ systems, hormonal systems, neurologic and nutrition points.  Dr. Recupero is then able to determine where the body is stressed, what is the key area/system of imbalance, and (most importantly) why there is weakness.

Once the priority area in the body is identified, there are five primary stressors that the patient is tested for:  food sensitivities, immune system challenges, heavy metals, environmental chemicals and toxins, and scars.   Dr. Recupero may decide that additional laboratory testing is needed to further evaluate the body. This may include a functional evaluation of comprehensive blood work, food sensitivity testing, saliva testing, and urine or fecal testing. Based upon these findings, an individualized program is developed that may include dietary recommendations, whole food supplementation, herbal supplements, and homeopathic remedies.
